This Tweeting World

Who would you most like to Tweet with? This is similar to asking who you would most like to have dinner with if you had the chance. It's a good game to play. I started out looking for Michael Gambon on Twitter. He Tweeted once, two years ago, sending a hug to all his fans. He has 430 followers waiting for his second message. There is an account in William Hurt's name, but he has never used it. I sent him a message hoping to get him started. Saffron Burrows Tweeted once, saying that she was already sick of the thing. She has not bothered since. William H. Macy has Tweeted three times, once asking for help about how it all works. Clifford Irving, a fine writer and incidentally the most famous hoaxster in history, has just begun Tweeting. (He wrote the "autobiography" of Howard Hughes.) I am following him and he is following me. Perhaps one day we will manage to meet for dinner.
